I’ve known Alan since we were kids, and it’s been great to watch him build such a professional and trustworthy business. When our hot water heater failed, he didn’t waste any time. He came out within 24 hours, replaced the unit, and had us up in running in no time. it was even on a Sunday that he replaced the hot water heater. Which goes over and beyond. His workmanship was excellent, everything was up to code, he explained everything clearly, and the pricing was more than fair.
