William was very professional - did a thorough diagnosis of the repair needs for both our toilet repair and an upstairs bath tub faucet leak. Recommended exactly the replacement parts needed, and laid out the scope and price of the repair work. The in-wall toilet was particular complex, and he handled it well. Both fixtures are working as good as new now!

I called William to see if he could adjust the water pressure on my sink late afternoon and he said yes and came in 30 minutes. He saw right away what was wrong and drained out the rusty water from my galvanized pipes . He explained what was happening and that it will accumulate rust again and cut down the pressure . He’s thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me ideas for solutions . I found him reasonably priced also . I would ask him again if a problem comes up .
