This had never happened to us before because the tank was supposed to be on automatic refill, so we naturally thought the plumbing fixture was failing. After looking a little deeper, he explained that the electronic alert device for low propane had stopped working, so the refill service was never triggered. That extra troubleshooting really helped us understand the full issue instead of just guessing. He was honest, professional, and respectful during the whole visit. terry also helped review the service charge, and they decided to bill only half the normal call fee since the inspection was brief and the issue was identified so quickly.
