I am a very over cautious person and especially when it comes to home improvement services. One thing people are worried about is overpaying for the service. When I received a text from Dennis I really appreciated receiving a video of this young cute eager trustworthy man. He came over gave us a true estimate and a wonderful explanation of the plumbing issue. The issue was we had roots in our pipes, and we had to replace the pipes. We already knew this was the issue, and it was going to be expensive. While he was on the job he was very respectful and took pictures of his progress and texted it to me. I was very impressed. Overall I was very impressed with this young man's work and if I have any more issues I would definitely call him again. Great work Dennis!
