Sean responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was friendly and professional. Two workers were here within a couple days, including Pete, who was really great. They did great work and communicated very well. They were very open to any feedback and got everything just right how I wanted it. I had them do some upgrades to my home and repairs in preparation to sell it in Fair Oaks (Sacramento County). I would definitely hire Sean and his team again. It’s also a family business, which I generally like to support.

I contacted All American Pro Construction to get a bid to replace some exterior dry rot issues I had on my home. I live in a community with an HOA and I had received a violation notice and a date that the issue had to be taken care of by. I explained all this to Sean at All American Pro Construction and he was able to come out fairly quickly to assess the damaged are. He understood that I was on a tight schedule to get this fixed and he made the time to start my project rather quickly. Within a couple of days Jacob and Paul came out to get started. They made quick work of the project and were very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Working with the All American Pro team has been great from start to finish. They've been amazing working with us to refine our ideas from concept to final build. When our vision for our new backyard awning was coming in higher than we had budget for they worked with us to figure out how to achieve the build we wanted in our price range, and the overall design has exceeded what our expectations were. Sean and his team have been very professional and detail oriented making sure that all of the little details from color and screw depths have aligned with our expectations and design goals. Overall their communication has been outstanding, especially when small issues for unknown obstacles come up on any project- on ours they discovered an unexpected waste line directly underneath where a footing was planned to be. They showed the issue to us immediately upon discovery and we worked together to adjust the overall design slightly to accommodate for it, while keeping the project on schedule and with no change to the overall budget.
