I called Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter because my water heater was leaking all over my garage, Their customer service reps on the phone were very nice and courteous. They scheduled an appt for me right away. The technician looked at my water heater and it was time to replace my water heater due to it being 21 yrs old. They installed the new water heater right away and their technicians were very nice, they addressed my concerns and finished the installation of my new water heater in a timely manner. I will be calling Mike Counsil again if I having any other plumbing issues.
