This place is an actual rip off… plumber came by to look at my tankless water heater and charged me $130 for less than 5 mins of work. Then gave me a $4k estimate for a replacement. Bought a new unit for $900 and replaced it myself. This company preys on people. Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.

Hands down greatest service! Municipality was being HARD on our project, Roto Rooter came to our rescue in a timely manner ending our project delay, and charged a very reasonable rate! We cannot express how grateful we are!

I just want to thank David for the job he did for us today. I had been fighting a clogged drain and just didn't have the right tools to fix it. Not only did he come in and clear the problem, he also gave us tips on how to deal with the problem in the future. His quiet manner and willingness to teach this old teacher a few things really changed my day!!! This is the second time I have had to call Roto-Rooter in the last five years or so and both times I have been very impressed by the service.
