Brent and his fantastic crew installed our original A/C unit a few years ago. After an issue with it, he promptly replaced the WHOLE unit with a brand new A/C under warranty. We have had several issues with the new one and our ducting under the house-BUT this is no fault of our new unit or Red Bluff Heating and Air! We have sadly become Brent's "problem child" due to our poor insulation and power issues in our mobile home. They are so great, always make time for us and try their best to help us figure out the problems. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installed or repaired. Thank you Brent!

I recently had to replace an older Central HVAC system. Brent and his entire team at Red Bluff Heating and Air Conditioning have been fantastic from start to finish. They are courteous, professional, prompt, and respectful. There is a new style of HVAC, a "heat pump" unit, which should help save on electricity costs. (I compare it to the difference in a swimming pool pump- one speed ((old style, expensive to operate)) vs. a variable-speed pump). The system is very quiet and efficient. I went with Brent's recommendation and choose this model. I am glad I did. Furthermore, Brent and his staff were incredibly helpful during the trouble-shooting and repairing process before the install. Brent arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly. He asked me how my system worked last year and explained what he did at the end of the appointment to help improve my system. I have called them over the past few years for start of season cleaning and inspections and when I've had an issue with the system and they have always been friendly and quick to respond.
