Super fast appointment! William showed up 2 minutes early! perfect! He had the heater company send out some replacement controller unit, I did install it but it did not solve the problem, the burner was the cupid! I highly recommend this company though and I knew I was taking a chance on. the repair! It would have a perfect 5 star if the diagnosis was correct. thanks so much, highly recommended!

Will Carreno was very professional and had a great attitude. He noticed faults in the first TWO water heaters delivered, and had to install the third after the second had already been installed! Great attitude through it all!
