Jay, the pumping tech was excellent did awesome work. Their service department is excellent. Returned my call promptly overall my experience was five star!
MVP did an inspection report on the home we bought years ago. After uncovering our septic tank to get it pumped years later, we saw that they lied on the report. There is no outlet T installed like it said on their report. Also, our first lid is a makeshift hole in the concrete with a metal disc on top. You could see a bunch of dirt accumulated at the bottom of the tank after pumping it out.
we discovered at 4 o’clock in the afternoon that our system was overflowing. Jeff was out early the next morning and found the problem quickly. We appreciate his quick response and expertise.
