The staff is extremely rude! Every time I come when you ask a question you get a very rude response! You should be nicer with your customers everybody is not an expert! Don’t get so b hurt for a simple question! You would think that sometimes they would be nice but no every time I come they are extremely rude! If you need information or help in your project don’t come here they will not help and be rude! Next time I swear I will go somewhere else even if it’s more expensive at least the staff are nice! So rude every time! Today I came to buy a brass nipple the price seemed expensive and all I said was wow brass is expensive this weird looking guy got mad and told me I should call before to check the price and if you have an account it’s cheaper but said it literally 10 times like I don’t understand! He’s lucky I was with my father or I would’ve made a big problem! You should respect your clients that’s how you make money! Unbelievable rude behavior! Stay away if you need help or want to ask a simple question!

I'm just a regular DIY home maintenance kinda guy. I needed a part for a shower drain that was leaking. I went to all the usual hardware places, no luck and no help. I went to another supply house in Petaluma, they were good but didn't have the part and didn't know where I could get it. I went home and scoured the internet but couldn't be sure I was getting the right part. So off I went to Napa Pace Supply (from Sonoma). The fellow who helped me was excellent. He wasn't 100% sure on the part so he sought out help. They called the manufacturer customer service to confirm the correct part. It wasn't in stock but he got it in two days, and it was there just as he promised. Now that all was pretty darn good. But here's another most excellent thing. You all didn't gouge me for the part. I've been in this situation before and have been charged what felt like retail plus 50%. Wish I could tell you the fellow's name so you could pass this message directly. But from my observation while being in your shop everyone was being similarly helpful. So congratulation to the Napa team. Excellent customer service, that is not so common. I appreciate the good treatment.

The prices are all higher than outher local stores because they know they are the only ones that have the part on hand ,and because They know your in a hurry because it takes so long to get somewon to help you and wont have time to stop at hd now ! The guy at the counter is rude uses bad language and is intimidating. Only go here if you have no outher choice !!!!!!
