We called Plumb Right because our water heater stopped working and they came in within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue and had us a new water heater within five hours of our phone call to them. I recently purchased a rental property in San Jose and had tenants move in. Just my luck, they called last night and said they had no hot water and it appeared to be leaking. I was extremely stressed about having to call a plumber to come out at night (I had just got a quote to replace my personal water heater for 9.5k). God only knows how much a new one was going to cost me after hours, but when your a landlord you got to do what you got to do. I found PlumbRight on google, and called them hoping it wouldn't be an arm and a leg. I talked with Brian (The Owner), he was so kind and told me he'd be able to help. He sent me a text letting me know he was on the way and showed up to the home in less than an hour. Turns out, the previous homeowner never did maintenance on the unit and we definitely needed a replacement. Brian walked me and my tenants through the process. I liked that he included me in the decision process by providing me with options. We landed on a new Bradford White vs. a Rheem. which is better quality, reliability, and the cost was beyond reasonable (far less than 9k ☺️). What blew me away was that he came ready. He had the water heater on hand installed it in about an hour and my tenants had hot water that night. So thankful to Brian and PlumbRight for making this as easy as possible. Needless to say, I will be using them again for my other properties and my home. Thank you!!!
