The techs did a great job of clearing residual buildup of pipes in mine and my downstairs neighbor’s apartments (shared pipes) after my neighbor’s sink was backing up. They took the extra initiative to make sure the pipes in my upstairs pipes were clear, so that we wouldn’t just be passing down any blockages over time. Their service was efficient and professional, while still being warm and kind. They wore booties inside and laid down carpet to protect our floors and cleaned up afterwards thoroughly.
