J&L were sent on an Old Republic home warranty claim for toilet leaking at the base. 1st service he was here about 20 minutes, swapped the waxring, which we had already done twice, snd closed the case. 3 weeks later the leak was back and we called for follow up. He came back and swapped the ring again and was going to close the case. We told him this is not the problem and the wax rings are a temporay bandaid. Its a brand new toilet. He deemed the pipe to be sitting about 1/8" higher than acceptable and said he would tell this to Old Republic and that they took his review, called me to say they dont fix "shoddy workmanship" and since he told the pipe was installed a bit high they will only cover him to come replace wax rings repeatedly. Very unacceptable. Other O.R. customers say they've been covered when the pipe was installed a bit lower that the standard height but of course when it's a costly repair they don't. I'm not sure if all the blame goes to either, J&L or Old Republic but we were not given satisfaction from the service.

They came out and installed a used unit tried to pass it off as new. Went out after two weeks said we pushed in the reset button and we messed it up insurance refused to cover it. They want 350 dollars to reinstall one they are thieves don’t do business with them I’m contacting bbb and trade commission

John was on time and focused garbage disposal was jammed. He found that right away and repair was done. Discussed with me how to keep it from jamming up again, preventative care. I am very pleased with the results.
