Jim and Sharry are great to work with. Very responsive over the phone and via email. I missed getting my backflow device tested and got a shutoff notice from PCWA. Jim was out the day after I called him and had the test submitted to PCWA the same day.
These guys are the best. In the middle of the night someone drove into my backflow system. All the water had drained from the house and there was a flood starting at the road. Didn't know who else to call and was surprised when they called me back...in the middle of the night. Bill's Backflow talked me through shutting off my system and arrived early the next morning to get the water running again so I could shower before work. They made my emergency their top priority and I can't thank them enough. Customer service is important to me, that's why they're the only company I'll ever use.
