Our plumber ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name ) was incredibly knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all. Very professional and friendly. We used our home warranty and if we need a plumber again, I will request Cramer Enterprises. Thanks for a great experience. Very impressed.

I'm wholeheartedly reccomending Cramer Enterprises ! This morning, after starting the laundry I realized, I had no water. I have a well, and I did all the things I know to do (granted, it's limited) and couldn't figure it out. I found Eric Cramer on Google and noted his reviews. He promptly answered my phone call. He was out within a hour. He diagnosed the problem - a defunct breaker (probably original to the house and a specialty brand as well) He had it in stock in his office and we had water within 2.5 hours of our phone call! He was prompt, fairly priced and excellent at explaining the issue. I appreciate such a wonderful, locally owned, efficient company here in Lake County.
