Hate to give a bad review, but he ghosted me, and I’m very disappointed by his lack of integrity and professionalism. We have a hydronic systems for our condo and he is supposed to be the expert. He installed a purge valve, but the result was cold water in the shower. He’s blaming the water pressure and the check valves, and his fix was to turn on the heater. I did this for a week, but once the heater automatically turns off (90s in my small unit) I get cold water again. So glad I found “East Bay Hydronics” in Emeryville, Matthew is the best with hydronic heating systems. He knew the solution right away, fixed it and also fix the pressure on my sinks. I used to complain about the water pressure and extra time to get hot water, but now it’s like magic.

Carrillo has handled all our plumbing issues for years. We have always had fantastic service. A rare find!
