He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and came fully prepared with all the right equipment to get the job done properly. He quickly cleared a clog and then used a camera to confirm the line was completely clear before finishing the job. Angela was also a pleasure to work with—very friendly, organized, and efficient. I am happy with Tim's excellent service for installing the Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor. He worked hard to meet my expectations and determine the cause of the issue with the outlet. Tim was very nice in replacing the drain valve on my water softener without charge. His good manners are a pleasure to work with.

Tim is the most humble plumber I’ve ever worked with on personal projects as well as contractor work. He showed up on a weekend removed 3 toilets to clear a clog and tried to charge me gas money since he couldn’t reach clog as the line was unaccessible.. Who does that .. Tim does he is a great guy and company he owns and runs is for sure a 1 stop shop for all your plumbing needs. He is punctual and very professional about all the work he does I’ve never met a cleaner plumber and still willing to get in the muck to make sure you don’t have too ..
