Although they were very busy, once they learned that my situation was urgent, they kindly agreed to come to my home in the evening to take care of the problem. What impressed me even more was that they offered a price lower than the market rate. I had also contacted several other plumbing companies, but all of them said they wouldn’t be able to come until the next day for inspection and repair.
