I can't recommend Joe and his team enough! They went above and beyond during a very stressful time for me. I called Joe because I had a leak, and he showed up at 11 o'clock at night to help. His team was incredibly thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. We had a slow leak that was hard to pinpoint, but they took their time to find it and fix it without requiring any upfront payment. They even went as far as calling me to follow up after, to make sure everything is running properly. Their dedication and expertise truly made a difference. Had a small leak in a hidden closet that I never realized after paying $1500 for a water heater installation went to adjust my water heater today and found out there has been a leak that has been leaking for a long time since Joe installed the heater Water tank has been leaking for over a year has rusted out my brand new water heater ruined my subfloor mold water damage in a heater room that I never go in. It’s been leaking a long time and he says there’s nothing he can do and it’s not his problem. Try to pull up a business license he has none. so now I’m in a fight trying to find the CSLB so I can file a complaint. He has no contractors license that is current sent pictures of all the damage to Joe I had a full installation done with the Joe and he will take no responsibility for his Shawty craftsmanship which has ruined my floor ruined my brand new water heater, and I cannot find his California license anywhere thanks, Joe
