Detail Plumbing

I had him install a laundry room sink.he didn’t do the plumbing right and I am not able to repair the hole in the wall the pipe is not high enough for the Sheetrock to fit under. I have had a hole in my wall for months waiting for a repair. It looks like I will have to pay a different plumber to fix it. I should have known he was 2 hours late for the appointment.

My pipe connected to water valve for refrigerator completely broke off. I got estimates from a few other highly rated companies serving Folsom, but Detail Plumbing was the real deal as far as reasonable price, quick no nonsense response, skill, and fast service. I would hire again anytime.

Ive never used their plumbing services and I never will. HOWEVER, I did encounter one of their service techs at Home Depot. He was being rude and nasty to a cashier who was just trying to help him. When confronted with his behavior, he just became ruder and nastier. He continued to be rude and nasty in the parking lot, where he cowered in his service truck like a small child. When you act like that in public, I cant even begin to imagine how he would act in my home. WHOEVER is running this business needs to have a serious talk with this service tech because he doesnt belong in business any more.
