A2Z Water Heaters

We called A2Z Water Heaters to get an estimate for replacing our ancient water heater. We scheduled an appointment and Fred and Joey came right on time. They looked over our old heater system and evaluated what would need to be done in order to bring everything up to code - our old heater was lacking many now-required upgrades! Fred went through the process and what the needed upgrades would be, leaving us with a written estimate as well as a folder with papers explaining each step of the process and what they would need to do when installing the new water heater. We chose a Rheem heater, which Fred recommended for our house size and expected usage. We scheduled the installation. On installation day, Fred and Joey arrived on time. They drained and removed the old heater and installed the new one, making all the upgrades and adjustments we needed. Because of where our heater is located in the garage, they added a drain pan and drain pipe so should any issues arise, the water would flow to our garage floor instead of the alcove where the heater is located. New copper piping, new ducts, and a pressure release tank were also added, along with new straps mounted to the garage wall. The job was completed in a few hours and they removed all debris. When the inspector came to sign off on the installation, he inspected the water heater and signed off on the paperwork, commenting that he knew everything would be done right because "A2Z always does a great job!" He knew there wouldn't be problems because he was familiar with Fred and Joey's work. Fred and Joey turned our inconvenience into a smooth and trouble-free water heater replacement experience.
