Great work, fair prices and friendly services. He comes out with his truck and does the repairs, he answers any questions and does great repairs. I would be happy to have him do all my plumbing needs.

I am hesitant to write a positive review because I don't want Kyle to get so busy he's not available for me! When my hot water heater broke he ordered me a new on ASAP and installed it ASAP. When it wasn't hot enough (I like it SCALDING) he came out the next day and spent a few hours with the heater's customer service and me jumping in and out of the shower to check temperature, to make sure I was satisfied.

Kyle is the best! A recent storm caused plumbing noises behind my kitchen wall, possibly a 'water hammer' because of too much stress on the pipes for kitchen, washer, and tankless water heater. The first trip, Kyle examined the problem, then he returned and installed a surge pump, then he returned to flush out my tankless water heater, and then shortly thereafter he made a 4th trip when my toilet decided to spring a leak! He was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I greatly appreciate his expertise and his kind professionalism.
