Tai responded immediately to my request to check out a clogged drain and non-functioning sink disposal and arrived at the scheduled time. He worked efficiently to identify the problem and had a replacement part on hand to complete the repair during the same diagnostic visit. It’s been a pleasure to work with Tai and his partner Glen over several years, and we can always trust them to problem-solve and be honest and fair. Great customer service!
Tai came to replace our insinkerator. He did a great job!! He was punctual, efficient, tidy and very knowledgeable. He offered t help with future projects and will be back as we do some kitchen renovations. Also Big Island Plumbing has excellent computer communications with emails, plans and invoices. Overall very modern and customer friendly. Would give a 5 Star recommendation.
