Tommy Day is the kind of person you wish and hope for when looking for a reputable and skilled tradesman/plumber. He has a quality that is rare today— he genuinely cares about his customers and believes in charging a fair price for the job. He doesn’t oversell or try to add services that are unnecessary. I found him to be refreshingly open, honest, personable, trustworthy, patient, and caring. Tommy installed a 40 gallon Bradford White water heater for me and explained the whole process and answered all my questions easily. He removed my 22 year-old beast of a water tank and despite a difficult hose connection, he knew how to get the job done. I think he has a natural gift for figuring things out that might stump other plumbers. He even volunteered to check my pipes under the house the following day after I said I had been having some health problems and wondered if I might have mold or water leakage. He sent me a bunch of pictures explaining what his findings and recommendations were, at no additional charge, and even alerted me to some a couple of things that I had no knowledge of under the house (previous water staining and foundation supports). He gave me lots of house/maintenance tips as well which I really appreciate as a new homeowner. He also gave me a great reference for another service that I might need down the road. After he installed the water heater I asked him if he wanted payment, and to his credit he said no, I could pay him the following day when he was going to do my under the house inspection. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his integrity and character and I wholeheartedly recommend him if you are looking for a high-quality, hard-working tradesmen for any and all of your plumbing needs. I know I will be using him for other jobs in the future and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thanks, Tommy, you are awesome!

Tommy showed up as scheduled and completed my garbage disposal replacement including drain pipe modifications because I went with a larger garbage disposal than the original. He took his time and did a very nice job and thoroughly tested for leaks. Fosset Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company from now on. I intend to use them for my water heater replacement next year.

I would highly recommend Fosset Plumbing. I recently had a badly stuck push/pull shower faucet valve. I was planning on installing a new valve, knob, and trim pieces myself, but the valve was stuck so badly, I was afraid I was going to damage the surrounding plumbing trying to remove it. Fosset Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend, so I called them. Tommy arrived right on schedule and after a few minutes of being unable to remove the valve using normal procedures, he went to drilling out the stuck valve in pieces. He was very careful not to damage the valve housing or surrounding threads. He finally was able to remove the valve after taking longer than he originally had planned. He then went ahead and installed the new valve and fixtures for me. He saw the repair to the finish never seeming stressed or in a hurry (I found out later he was late for his son's ball game, and Tommy was the coach)!!! He has followed up with me to make sure everything is working properly and no leaks. He did a thorough job, was very professional, and went the extra mile for me.
