We got outstanding service addressing gophers that were mounding all over a newly landscaped area. They came out and gassed all the holes and even knocked down the mounds and recovered them with the wood chips. A month later, no sign of gophers.

I called TerraX about a possible rodent issue (my attic vents had rusted and one had been compromised - I could see this visually). I had previously inspected the attic and saw one rat "poop". Joe called me back and told me they should do an inspection and then we can talk about the next steps, including repairing the vents. Joey did the inspection, was thorough, checking all vents for possible access, including crawl space and under the deck. Verified the attic vents should be replaced. Let me know the rat may have visited but did not stay, and the rat dropping was old (dried). Brad then came and did the attic vent replacement, and then pointed out some other issues to address (smaller vents around the roof line) as they would be the same age as the other vents. He then returned to take care of those. Overall good customer service and workmanship. I had some issues with understanding the billing at the end, and Joe reached out, clarified and adjusted as needed. I would highly recommend this group. They are thorough and do good work.
