Great service. Gabe came out and assessed the problem. We signed up and he set traps, checking them weekly. It turned out it may have been a small incursion by a juvenile gopher and all activity ceased without catching a pest. Gabe explained that there were factors such as season, availability of food, and single tunnel that may have contributed to abandonment. No charge, although he spent a great deal of time checking the yard each visit and educating us on gopher facts. If our pest returns, we will immediately contact Gopher World again. They have our trust.

The owner was friendly and informative. He sent out a technician on the same day who was amazing and equally as informative. I did not end up needing their services because I found out we did not have gophers but moles. I was not worried about moles since they do not harm my plants. I will definitely call them again when we do have issues.

I called in the late morning, and the office manager was able to arrange a same day appointment. They came right on time. The tech was able to locate right where to place the traps and also did a little yard clean up, like knocking down inactive mounds. It wasn’t much, but made the gopher mess look much better. I wish I could give them 10 STARS
