Great service. Justin and his team answered the phone, came out to assess the situation immediately and got right to work. They sealed and protected my attic & crawl space thoroughly. The critters were gone by the time Certech was called, as I had already removed the insulation and replaced duct work. However, they were very diligent about setting traps and sealing remaining openings to prevent any further problems. Highly recommend!!

I called Certech for a summer ant issue and couldn’t be happier with the results. They scheduled my appointment quickly and handled everything with total professionalism. My technician, Gareth, was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He used a targeted baiting strategy inside and treated the exterior perimeter with a spray. It’s been about 10 days since the treatment (done on 5/16) and the results speak for themselves—the ants are completely gone from the inside, and I’ve only seen a couple of strays outside which have now disappeared too. Their pricing for a one-time service is incredibly reasonable, especially for the high quality of work and peace of mind they provide. Certech is an excellent choice and I highly recommend them.
