We hired California Pest Control through our property management company to address a cockroach issue in our rental property. Their pricing was reasonable, and after just one service, we have not received any further complaints from the tenant. What we really appreciated is their flexibility. Unlike other companies we used in the past that pushed for a one-year contract, this company allows us to try a one-time service first or choose multiple services if needed. Very fair, professional, and effective. Highly recommended.

Duffy the bug man was amazing! Such a good communicator and a stand up comic in the process. Solved our rat/bug/ant issues and is a true expert. He had to block those areas that the pesky rats were coming through, we had no idea.
