Orkin

We called them for service and they sent one of their experienced person to our home, his name is Chris Morales, he inspected our home yesterday and did a very good service, we appreciated him.

Orkin came out and did what they do and was done in 20 minutes give or take. I checked work and I am satisfied

I called to ask for a pest report. Very nice people. Someone called me back in less than an hour after initiating my request. I was given an appointment time for the next day. The representative showed up over an hour late. He looked around and said he'd send me a report with a quote in less than an hour. Three days passed and no report. I text the guy but didn't get a response. I called and spoke to him the next day. He said he'd have the report ready for me by the end of the day. Nothing. I called the main number again. Everybody seems really nice, but I was still put off for another day. Let's see if they get me that report by tomorrow. I'm the mean time, rats are literally running over our feet straight into the restaurant next door. Yuck!!!
