We have had their pest control service AND their termite warranty service since 2019 and could not be more pleased. We had so many spiders and spider webs that we just couldn't deal with it ourselves. Honestly the front of our house always looked like we were decorating for Halloween. Bryan comes every other month and removes the spider webs and treats the exterior; he lets me know if there is anything of concern. He's so friendly! I love to go out for a chat when he's here, but he's respectful of our privacy and our time when we are busy. All of my interactions with the company and their employees have been pleasant. They let us know in advance when the next appointment is scheduled. And if I have a concern in between the bi-monthly appointments, they are easy to contact and always able to remedy the issue.
