Gators, Inc. did our tenting for termites of our new home. They broke over 50 tiles and more pans on the roof and would not pay to have it fixed because of the waiver we signed. Normal breakage is between 10-15 tiles but the roofer said they didn't even try to be careful and just dragged the tent to remove it. It cost us over $7,000 to fix their damage on our roof. If you have a tile roof, I suggest you do not use this company.

Gators Inc did the fumigation on my house. They ended up knocking holes in my clay S-tile roof. Worst part is the paperwork states that they're not responsible for any damage to the roof incurred as a part of the fumigation process. So, now I gotta pay for roof repairs on top of paying for fumigation. Hire someone else.
