⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Western Exterminator Company. After a frustrating experience trying to resolve a rodent issue in my apartment, working with Western was a complete turnaround. For context, I’ve lived in my building (built in 1940) for over 11 years and never had a problem like this before. In January 2026, I discovered what appeared to be mice (possibly rats), including a large stash of my dogs’ food hidden inside my stove—easily close to 20 lbs. It was shocking and, honestly, pretty upsetting. After waiting months for the issue to be addressed through my property management, I eventually reached out to Western myself. Although I initially had to cancel due to being told I needed to use a different vendor, I later called Western back and chose to pay out of pocket—and I’m very glad I did. From the first call to the service appointment, the experience was professional, responsive, and thorough. Ernesto (Ernie) was fantastic. He called ahead, arrived on time, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. He placed traps carefully, answered all my questions, and made sure everything in my apartment was returned to its original condition before leaving. What stood out most was the follow-up process—if anything comes up, I can call and have someone return quickly, often the same day or next. That level of responsiveness made a huge difference compared to my earlier experience. It’s unfortunate that I’m now moving out after many years in my home, but working with Western was one of the few parts of this situation that felt handled with care and professionalism. We recently bought a home that we learned after moving in had a rat issue (long story). The Western team was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and presenting our options. The process for a full remediation and sanitization effort was scheduled quickly and the job was handled well. Thanks to Cristian and Spencer for their efforts to remediate this issue.
