I was dealing with pest issues and my neighbors recommended Proactive. I signed up for their annual service, and it’s been a great experience. They’re responsive, appointments are easy to schedule, and they always come out on time. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Brent! He came out to do a WDO/dry rot inspection on my roof and was incredibly thorough, polite, and professional. He took detailed photos and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. What impressed me the most was his absolute honesty and integrity. He gave me straightforward advice about my complex roof issue and pointed me in the right direction to get it solved for good. It is so rare to find tradespeople who truly put the customer first. Michael on the phone gave perfect customer service after another company rejected coming out unless the issue was inside my home instead of being Proactive! Then they arrived quickly. Jonathan was amazing! I was a bit frightened cuz of a fobia of rotten. He was calming and gave excellent service which ensure me of the issue being under control.
