They are also my go-to company for home and pest inspections. As a realtor, Jim, the owner, has truly become my right-hand person. He is always there whenever I have questions, need advice, or want his opinion on something, even when he is not actively doing work for me. I absolutely love Pinnacle Pest! Jesse is fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I used to have Clark Pest Control, and the experience was terrible. The service technician was often late or didn't show up at all. He had no personality, was difficult to talk to, and on top of that, he regularly made negative comments about the amount of stuff we had. We are antique vendors and recently went through a major life change—moving from a four-bedroom home with a three-car garage and a lot of land into a small two-bedroom home with no land. My boyfriend also downsized his welding shop. We had to part with so much, but still had many items we planned to sell at antique fairs or personal pieces from our previous home that didn't fit in our new space. I explained this to the technician, but instead of showing understanding, he continued to make negative remarks about our belongings—including some of my favorite furniture pieces that I ultimately had to get rid of because we simply didn't have the space. It was an emotional and challenging transition, and I wish he could have been a little kinder. Jesse with Pinnacle Pest is the complete opposite. He always shows up on time, greets me with a smile, and gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. He lets me know when he's finished spraying so I can open my doors back up with peace of mind. Best of all, he is respectful, kind, and never made me feel judged—something I truly appreciate. The administrative staff at Pinnacle Pest is also outstanding. They have always answered the phone promptly and have consistently been kind, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I needed assistance from Clark Pest Control in the past, I usually had to leave a message, and my calls were often never returned. I would eventually have to call back multiple times until someone answered. With Pinnacle Pest, I have always been able to reach someone helpful and responsive, which makes a huge difference as a customer. Jesse is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Combined with the excellent customer service provided by the office staff, Pinnacle Pest has been a tremendous improvement over my previous pest control company. Hard to think a pest control place would separate itself from the pack but Pinnacle Pest Control did for multiple services. Chad was an inspector who was diligent and professional. His quote on repairs was beyond reasonable. We had Jose come out to create a better access point for our home. He came out quickly and did a super job. Rare that two separate people uphold a high quality of service these days for most businesses.
