I was in the market for a professional pest exterminator company. I wanted to go more family-owned, since they always provide better service. Let’s just say Pest Pros really made everything work out. We own a few properties and locations and their service technicians get the job done right. I wanted to shout out Daniel Martinez especially. He worked on my property in Lodi and the tenants were more than pleased with the results. I’m having them do all of my properties now. Keep up the great work guys!

Update: I believe in giving credit where it is due. After my disappointing initial experience, I spoke with Casey and had a completely different experience. He was professional, polite, and sincerely apologized for the earlier interaction. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding cockroach treatment and even scheduled an inspection visit to make sure we receive the proper treatment. I was genuinely impressed by how seriously he took my concerns and by his willingness to help. This follow-up interaction exceeded my expectations and restored my confidence. Thank you, Casey, for your excellent customer service. Very disappointing customer service experience. I called with a simple question about the general methods used for cockroach treatment, such as whether the company uses sprays, baits, or gels. The representative, Mackenzie, repeatedly said she did not know and refused to provide any information. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available. I was not asking for confidential information, only the kind of general questions any potential customer might ask. The interaction was unhelpful and unprofessional and left me with little confidence in the company.
