Terminix

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and reliability from Terminix. We had a service done last summer, and while the technician did a good job initially, the ceiling patch he applied began to discolor and look 'off' after some time. We reached out to customer support to have it inspected, but that is where the positive experience ended. Here is the timeline of our experience: First Appointment: Scheduled a technician to come out. No-show. Second Appointment: Contacted support, they apologized and rescheduled. Again, nobody showed up after we waited for hours. Third Appointment: I contacted them again, clearly annoyed. They 'assured' me an appointment was set and someone would definitely be there. For the third time, nobody showed up. It is rare to see such a complete disregard for a customer’s time. We have given Terminix three chances to make this right, and they failed to even show up to the door. We will not be using their services again and would recommend others look elsewhere if they value their time and sanity.

I’ve had Bobby Foster out for several services now, and he is fantastic. He is incredibly professional, communicative, and flexible with scheduling. I really appreciate how he checks in before and after appointments to explain exactly what he’s doing. He recently helped us track down a persistent issue in our building, and his advice was spot on. Highly recommend his services if you want someone thorough and reliable!

I've been using Terminex for a few years now and they help keep the bug, spiders and ants away. I have an active ant issue and Terminex's treatment is working great to keep me ant free, especially during the rainy season. It's great that they'll come back out at any time to repeat extermination if needed at no cost. Our technician, Brian is great. I appreciate is advance knowledge of his arrival and upon completion.
