Call backs were almost immediate. All questions answered with professionalism and completeness. Leo and Francisco did a great job today. They worked at the house for 5 hours and it was not a cool day. They reviewed the areas to be treated and they were very respectful with all my questions! Great job!

This review has nothing to do with the work ! This has everything to do with the driving skills of an individual on May 12 2026 around 3:20pm driving in Fremont CA . Whoever the person was driving truck LP: 81886V2 might want to calm down with trying to drive reckless in traffic , no blinker at all cut me off and literally almost took my side mirror off when he got in front of me ! Do better with your driving skills !

Had Julio do our treatment for both subterranean and dry rot termites. He was very conscientious about our property and left the house cleaner than he found it. His partner was on vacation so it toot him close to 5 hours, but that included treatment on the attic, crawl spaces, window sill and 360 around the outside for injecting chemicals for the subterranean termites. I’ll update in a year with the conclusion to this work. The inspection was done by Neriah. We thought he was thorough and he walked through the recommended options. Overall we are very happy with the outcome
