While preparing my home for sale. I hired them for a pre-listing inspection as recommended from our realtor and to complete the necessary repairs so the house would be ready to go on the market. Their team efficiently handled all of the section 1 dry rot repairs completed the inspection and fumigation work, and did everything in a timely manner so we were able to stay on track and successfully close the transaction through escrow. Throughout the process, they were very attentive, thorough, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and their professionalism and speed really stood out.
