I found CrossFire through Yelp and gave them a call to investigate a possible bug situation. The phone vml was full so I sent a quick email which resulted in a return call about an hour and a half later. To my great relief, Gene came out that day and thoroughly inspected my apartment. He was professional, nice, and took his time with the inspection. Luckily he did not find any evidence but left me some bug traps just in case.
