Mr. Raccoon

After dealing with a nightmare situation for over two months with raccoons inside of our walls and heater room Mr. Raccoon was the only person who actually cared and took action. I ended up calling Mr. Raccoon out of desperation after property management completely failed. Mr. Raccoon, Gabriel and his team did more in a week than or landlord in two months. His team worked incredibly hard, making multiple trips back and forth,constantly checking cameras, setting up one-way exit doors and monitoring the situation closely. Everything was done humanely and responsibly, with the animals safety as a priority. You can tell he genuinely cares about wildlife and doing things the right way. Also they don’t take shortcuts! They will crawl inside the smallest space! Highly, highly recommend.🦝👏

Mr. Racoon did a great job assessing and solving the situation when we had mysterious noises coming from our wall. He found a giant squirrel nest on top of the vent, with three young squirrels. All went quiet in the wall until later that night, when we heard the pitter patter again. He came back the next morning to get the last squirrel out. He is a sweet guy. Very responsive and responsible. And reasonable price too.

Eric from Mr. Raccoon came to our house in San Rafael to determine what type of animal was living in our crawl space. After a quick check he diagnosed the problem as RATS ! Eric was professional and competent as he quickly took action to eliminate the problem. Within a few days our rat problem had been solved and Eric is coming back this weekeend to replace the insulation ruined by the rodents. 5 STARS all the way for Eric and his team at Mr. Raccoon. I recommend them with the utmost confindence.
