I was so devastated when the inspection proved I had bedbugs after a recent vacation. Had it not been for Jordan, I’m sure I would have been institutionalized. He is very professional and prompt. Very clear with his approach and methods. Very understanding, reassuring and patient. He was available every time I had a freak out moment or had “just one more question” even tho he knew there were more questions to come. Other than the post treatment heat at the apt, the apt was completely put back together. He even placed the mattress back for me since it was too heavy for me to do on my own. I highly recommend this company. I hope I never need his services again but at least I know the best company to call. Jordan is the best! Could not recommend him enough. Having bed bugs can be a very stressful experience, but Jordan and his team were calming and reassuring throughout the whole process. The heat treatment and sprays were very effective. I liked how they also installed monitors afterward to ensure that the bugs were gone. His office was very responsive and great to work with as well.

Jordan and his dog were awesome. We got a 30 minute heads up when they were on their way, he explained the process clearly, and then took the time to explain how the process went during the inspection. I never felt rushed or judged. He told me he also looked for other insects. As this was for an Airbnb, he suggested a 3rd party tool that would attract bed bugs if we ever got them, so if a guest suggested we had them, this tool would be our first stop to either confirm or deny. His office was awesome too explaining how everything would work. Jordan will be my first call if i ever fear i haver bed bugs again. Highly recommend!
