I had an inspection scheduled for 8-9am and around 9:30am still no one had showed and I hadn't heard anything. I called them to check up on an ETA and they said I never had anything on the schedule. After the rep talked to the district manager they said that the person who usually works in my area is no longer there with the company. I was upset because I should have gotten a call to be made aware but I got no communication from them. Then I was told they have another source that can come out to my property that same day and they will send him my info and I should be getting a call from him to confirm. It is now 2 days later and I still have gotten no communication and no one has shown up. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
