Great service by both the office staff and the tech's! I was using AAI for my inspections and another person for my service. When I began having issues with my service person I switched to AAI and am glad I did. I have been using them for my service for about 5 months now and have never had any problems except for a minor scheduling problem in the beginning and it was corrected promptly with a smile.
I have to say we've been pretty happy with AAI. They come as scheduled, technicians have been very nice and can't say we've had any real problems or had to call them back after they left. I would say if anything maybe a little more sweeping/brushing of the eaves and under ledges for spider webs, but otherwise it's been good.
