James is great! He’s super informative and is great about communicating the day before my appointment and the day of my appointment. I work from home so he will send texts to update me instead of ringing the doorbell which is greatly appreciated since I take calls and am on meetings.

Normally when pest control walks around they are very pushy and never listen to what I am saying! It’s always about the sale and not the customer! Daniel Matthew arrived for my homes first spray! They were selling in my neighborhood while we were doing some major work. We had a brief conversation and I said no we are not interested and have work we have to finish. He called me rude. When is Terminix entitled to my time? It was hot and I had a lot of work to do and multiple people working. Teach your people some manners. If you read this google all the Terminix lawsuits as well.
