Vanish

PLEASE CANCEL OUR BUG SPRAY SERVICES! We are so disappointed in what we though was a reputable company. However, we've had some major issues with service. Vanish is supposed to spray every two months. The last time anyone was at our home was the end of September 2022. (Today is 12/26/22 - 3 months later!) At the time, I told the exterminator that we were still having problems with spiders - tons of cobwebs throughout the house - and what look like earwigs. I was told they would use a "stronger chemical" to take care of the issue. A short time later that same day, the doorbell rang again and I was told that the spraying was done. Interestingly enough, I work in an office in our backyard and was home the entire time. Never did I see the exterminator spray the back of the house, which made me wonder if he had done any spraying at all. A couple of weeks ago, I phoned Vanish to complain again of the presence of spiders (cobwebs inside the cupboards) and "earwigs". Also mentioned that I had never seen anyone spray the back of the house. Was told someone would be out to spray both the inside and the outside of the house. I have yet to have anyone show up at my door! I will be searching for a more reputable company. I CANNOT RECOMMENT VANISH FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES.

When I saw that I had some termite damage to my house, I called Victor. He came out and gave me an estimate and then returned and treated my house for termites. He was very efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked out his work and even went beyond what I expected. I was worried I was having a problem again 6 months later, and he came back and reassured me no termites were active. I would highly recommend Victor to anyone with termite concerns, and I won't be calling anyone else is I have issues in the future.
