Premier Termite Inc & Construction

Premier worked with us to replace our very rotten, very large, two-level deck. This was a huge project that took about 6 weeks and required lots of good communication. Kevin helped us select materials within our budget and the final product is beautiful and incredibly sturdy. 5 stars for craftsmanship but also 5 stars for the professional, friendly crew. This last one makes a big difference on a long project. Extra thanks to Primo for explaining all the daily tasks and options during the process.

Our house was being painted by Palladino Painting – a company we trust and with whom we have an excellent rapport. The painters found damage and reported it right away. Palladino recommended Premier and I called them that afternoon. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone – yes they answer their phone and arranged to come the very next morning. Lisa from the office is wonderful. She called that evening to confirm the next day’s appointment. Kevin came right on time, climbed up the LONG ladder and inspected the peak of our roof where the damage was. He arranged his crew to come by later THAT SAME DAY and deal with the issue. 2 guys came as agreed, fixed the problem and did a little extra (which saved the painters some work). After they finished, I interrogated them. The crew were very patient and took time to explain what was happening and educate us. We were grateful for their professionalism and the fact they came SO quickly. Our painting project was not delayed at all and this felt like a Minor Miracle. In the meantime, we have scheduled a full inspection once the painting is done. We’re glad to have connected with a reliable, reputable company.

Once again Premier cam out to my house in Princeton exactly on time and inspected some signs of beetles I was freaking out over (last time it was termites) Gabe kindly explained to me that it was not an issue and why, and gave me some expert advice for what to do next He didn't try to sell me anything I don't need or profit from my situation in any way I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise I will certainly be using and recommend Premier in the future Thank you Gabe!!
