Bell Pest Control

Jeffrey was awesome!!! My dog had got out while my husband and I were out to lunch. Jeff was so wonderful that he waited for us to get back! How many people ever do that? Almost none. He also assured me he would not spray if my dog was there. He educated me on pest control and what to be aware of (much appreciated)! I don’t trust many people but Bell Pest Control is doing a wonderful job choosing the best people and I trust them! I’ve been using them over 20 years! That speaks for itself. Thank you Mr. Jeffrey!!! For your service and taking good care of your customers and our pets! 😉👍❤️‼️

I signed a one-year contract with Bell Pest Control in April 2026, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. The problems started almost immediately. As part of my service plan, I'm supposed to receive two inspections per year. My first inspection was scheduled for April, but no one showed up. I never received a call or notification explaining why. I had to contact Bell Pest Control myself to find out what happened, and only then did they reschedule the inspection. Looking back, I should have recognized then that this was a sign of how poorly they conduct business. The biggest issue is what I believe was a bait-and-switch. Before signing, I spoke with the salesperson, Rebecca Rothbam, over the phone. I specifically asked her to match the service plan I had with my previous pest control company: $45 per month for bi-monthly service. She verbally agreed to those terms. Because I trusted what was discussed over the phone, I made the mistake of not reading the contract carefully before signing. Unfortunately, the contract stated that the $45 monthly rate was for quarterly service, not bi-monthly service as we had agreed. When I contacted Bell Pest Control to have them honor the verbal agreement, they refused. Their response was simply that I had signed the contract, so there was nothing they could do. I also spoke with manager Rasheed Bryant, who told me they had listened to the recorded sales calls but would not provide any transcript or recording to support their position. I know what was said during those conversations. To make matters worse, if I cancel the contract, I'm required to pay a $250 early termination fee. The customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful, and no one has been willing to take responsibility or work toward a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering Bell Pest Control to read every word of the contract before signing and never rely solely on verbal promises from a salesperson. This has been an expensive lesson: always verify that the written contract matches exactly what was promised over the phone. I do not recommend Bell Pest Control. I believe they failed to honor the terms that were verbally promised during the sales process and instead relied on the written contract when I tried to resolve the issue. I would look elsewhere for a company that values honesty, transparency, and customer service.

This is a great company! I was so sad when my previous company decided to retire and sell to Bell! My previous company assured of everything would be GREAT! It is!!!
