I would like to recognize Immanuel from Clark Pest Control for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the service he provides. Immanuel takes care of both our home and our son’s home in American Canyon, and we have complete confidence in him. Whenever we have a concern about ants, spiders, snails, or any pest activity around our properties, he is always quick to respond. Immanuel is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and genuinely cares about his customers. On a couple of occasions, I have sent him photos of bugs I found outside our property, and he promptly identified them, explained why they were there, and provided helpful recommendations. His willingness to take the time to educate and help is greatly appreciated. What impresses us most is his reliability. My husband and I know we can count on Immanuel whenever we need assistance. He follows through, communicates well, and always takes the time to address our questions and concerns. Immanuel also cares about our dogs and always reminds us and makes sure to let us know when it is safe for our dogs to be out after he treats our property. It is reassuring to know that when an issue arises, he is just a phone call or text away. Very professional service with initial phone call and our tech, Jeremy, is a polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He took his time with our initial service, explained the agreement and let me know when he was done with a nice good buy. So far so good for my first rating. I'd like to have another opportunity to have a follow up rating on their service(s) in 6 months just to see if they continue with their professionalism.

Samuel always does a great job servicing my property in American canyon. he comes monthly to spry for ants so we can hopefully kill the nests that always wreck havoc in the winter once the rains arrive. He also brushes all the cobwebs from the lower portion of my home and the entire redeood fence that I have surrounding my yard which is quite large. He is thourough, friendly and always on time. Also, the procing is reasonable and I am on there easy pay plan so the payment gets slpit into 2 patyments of $55.00 each month which works well for my budget
