D & J Pest Control, Inc.

A pest control treatment was scheduled on a Friday window from 10am to 12noon, and I was told that they would call and let me know 30 mins ahead before the technician arrived. I took half day off from work, and waited from 10am to 12:10pm, but no one showed up, and no phone call for the delay update. I called their office number, but the lady did not know much about the schedule and delay. Such a waste of my time, and very bad experience!

I would see a couple bugs in the house everyday since we moved in a couple months ago. They were huge, and terrifying. I haven’t seen a single bug since Ray from D and J came out. And what a personable guy he was, not only was he knowledgeable, but kind and friendly as well. He is definitely D and J’s entomologist! Our family thanks you Ray, you’re the best. Cant say I’ll call them again because the job was done right the first time, haha!
